Benefits and Compensation
The benefits of being a Corpus Juris associate are comprehensive, generous, and highly competitive. Our first-year associates earn starting salaries of US$230,000, plus a US$3,000 transition bonus. The Firm also reimburses new associates for expenses related to one bar exam. We also provide a transition bonus and optional salary advance to all new associates.
- Associates are allowed four weeks of vacation per year.
- Our primary benefits package includes a 401(k)/Roth 401(k) plan; medical, dental, vision, life, accidental death, and disability insurance; domestic partner benefits; and an employee assistance program.
- Other benefits offered include private banking services, a flexible healthcare spending plan, discounted health club memberships, a pre-tax transportation plan, and discounted long-term care.
